Khan has wasted the prime years of his boxing career

    Yes he's been knocked out but I really thought he'd push on after beating Alexander. He could have had a decent career at welterweight and really should be in the mix now with the top welters had he kept active.

    Can Khan come back and compete straightaway?

    After the Alexander fight Khan wasted time chasing a Mayweather payday/fight, nobody to blame but himself for being played and humiliated.

    Personally I don't think Khan wins a world title again, he hasn't held a world title in 6 years and he isn't getting any younger and he has fighters like Spence Jr and Thurman holding belts.

    Also I believe the Canelo KO was one of those that you just don't really recover from, it was brutal and he hasn't fought for over a year now, I just don't see Khan coming back at top level and reaching it again.

    He might get himself a big fight and decent payday though, he could come back and get a couple of easy wins and then get a big fight but I don't see him winning it.

    He was past prime by then and had no hunger for boxing whatsoever. He had his daughter a few months before the Alexander fight, he was just not bothered anymore.

    Khan vs Brook and they should just both pack it in.

    Unfortunatly for Khan he is in one of the most competitive divisions and i think because of that he hasnt been very active. At this point I think he just wants to cash out after 1-2 more money fights and call it a day

    Khan avoided rock solid stepping stones to getting bigger fights like Bradley and Brook (Brook is arguably a big fight), he has no one to blame but himself. He ducked Bradley and Brook to face Algieri.

    I think Khan is the one that backed out of it and said Brook would have to fight Spence first and win. Also, check your pm. Your knowledge of boxing trumps mine so I wanted to ask you something.

    Khan has lots of talent, but he never really used it to his advantage. Khan is very fast and can punch very hard, but he does not keep focused. It's a shame and a waste of talent................

    Khan makes 3-4 times MORE money outside of boxing than he does in boxing. So why should he get punched in the face to make a living?

    He has real estate deals in Dubai and P.akistan worth tens of millions. No taxes to pay, no promotors or idiots to deal with either. He genuinely does not care anymore and who can blame him?

    I wish him 100% success and the best in life. Foook the haters.
