I think Hatton will have to much ring smarts for Khan at this stage in his career. I think all in all Khan has the better corner and is the more naturally talented of the two. However I believe that current Ricky's years of experience would find a way to break Khan down, probably in the late middle rounds.

    Such as?

If Hatton were to beat Khan it wouldn't be due to ring smarts!

Hatton can handle power all day long , but speed he really struggles , and i know everyone will point to paulie , but if he had any type of punching power at all he could have hurt hatton a couple of times . Khan would be all wrong for hatton and hurt a pretty good legacy , beat the number 2 in the P4P and only lost to the number 1 p4p's.

i think, and i can't stress how much i love hatton, that this would be a brutally one sided fight. i think it'd be over within two rounds. khan would win

I agree that Amir Khan would probably win this fight, but Ray mate I do not agree that Ricky can handle power all day long. I am not referring to the brutal one punch ko he suffered at the hands of Manny, but the two knock-downs he suffered in the first round of that fight. It appears that Ricky's beard has deteriorated to such a degree that he could be in trouble against almost anyone he faces (If Ricky returns it is to face world class opposition). As you rightly say Khan would be "All wrong" for Ricky, who I hope remains retired.

    Hatton beats Khan every time

Khan is a great fighter, but hes never been in the ring with a top level fighter before, he is still getting cherry picked opponents.

Hatton is a warrior, a machine and a relentless body attacker. Hes fought the best. And beat top level fighters. Khan has never shared the ring with a B level fighter (Barrera was well past his prime) its a step too far for Khan at this stage

    Hatton every time

(Im a huge fan of both fighters)

Remember - Hatton would demand that he promoted it

Frank Warren would never allow that

    So it'll never happen

Hattons punch resistance couldn`t cope with the speed and power of Khan.:ko

Just don`t think Hatton has got another big time performance left in him. :think

Khan would jump at the chance.

Hatton but he needs a good trainer, who will train him?

If he is unfocused and sloppy, Khan could beat him. If he is in top form he KO's Khan.

Hatton gets wiped out by the P4P numero uno.

Khan beats the great Dimitri Salita and now Hatton will be easy work for him:lol:

Whilst Hatton is never going to be an all time great, Khan has yet to face ANYONE near his level.

If they fought tomorrow Hatton in 5.

At a catchweight between lww and heavyweight? :yep
I think hatton would still walk through khan's punches, khan is no pacquiao. Hatton by brutal KO imo.

    Good point.

Remember Khan couldnt hurt Kotelnik and we dont need to mention the great Salita.
