If you listen to his fans he can beat Mayweather and Pacquiao, is still improving could pick up a strap at 154lbs and possibly beat Golovkin.

In my opinion, he is a little bit past his best, above his best and his most effective weight and I'd favour any belt holder at 147lbs to beat him and most likely by KO.

If he ends up fighting Garcia for the vacant WBC 147lbs title I still see him losing by KO.
