Do you think he would take Prescott's punches at 140? I sure don't. The chin will always be a factor with Khan, if it wasn't then why would he choose a guy with knockouts in the single digits instead of fighting his mandatory?

    Moving to 140 pounds:

Kotelnik - Picking a world champion (Light hitter, but still had a title for Khan)
    Salita - Mandatory
Malignaggi - Big name. Credible for his US DEBUT. Made him look good.

Khan isn't exactly going to go out and say his chin is still bad, is he?

Well what else are they going to assume? He hasn't been dropped (as he stated) so he can blame it all he likes. I don't see why you have a problem with that.

And have you forgot that Alexander is fighting Kotelnik?

These guys aren't ready to unify. Alexander, Bradley, Khan want to build their names up. It's obvious if you've been following the recent news on Bradley.

Steve Kim & Doug Fisher both said they have personally seen Khan hurt in sparring.

He needs to fight someone that can bamg b4 he makes thses statements. I think alexander might knock him out. If maidana can catch up to get a good shot on him, maidana will probably put him down too.

    thanx, but all pointless

    cherry picked is just that

find a title who doesn't have punch, find a name at the end of his career who has no punch...then brag about not being wobbled...come on man, get the balls out yo mouth

I don't either. I'm not saying he's turned into some Miracle chin after putting on 5 pounds. But he's clearly stating that he hasn't been dropped as of yet.

And because Paulie made Khan look good for his US debut and bought attention.

Maidana is NOT known at all by casual fans in the US. Not even Khan so what would it bring to the table? Nothing.

Paulie is a credible name. With Khan, time will tell.

Will everyone just drop Khan once he easily gets rocked again? GBP wouldn't be able to make $ off him, and Roach knows he would never be capable of being the elite of the elite.

He is correct...he has never been dropped, wobbled etc at 140...but he hasn't exactly been in with anyone who can throw a punch with decent power at 140.
You never know though...all that weight draining may have had an effect on his chin...highly doubt it though. If you have a "weak" chin, you have a weak chin...all the weight draining would do is make it more obvious.

He has a glass jaw at any weight. That's a fact.

He has improved on his defense, that's all.

I'm not saying they aren't cherry picked (Salita wasn't).

But he's just stating the truth , geez.

Yes they're light hitters, but he hasn't been dropped (as he stated). Light hitters or whatever, he saying whats happened since he moved up. Seriously pointless to go on. He just stated the truth.

Fair enough, I hope he does fight a decent puncher next as it's the only way he will silence the critics.

for someone who feels like he has a stronger chin at 140lbs, his right hand never left his chin against that powerhouse puncher paulie.

Khans a joke. I wanna like him but he's not showing me anything to like him for.
