You have no clue what you are talking about.

This is a terrbile way of losing weight and is not acheiveable if you want to fight at the highest levels.

Also your friend droppinng from 80 k down to 70 k has no relevance as we dont know his natural walk around weight.

Also its complete bull**** from Khan as all of the sanctioning bodies check weights to ensure the health and safety of the boxer weeks leading up to the fight.

you lost 4% of your body weight, which is nothing. khan is losing the same 4% now that he's at welterweight. you basically just proved khan's point

Khan has been KOed in every weight class and will make it 3 out of 3 when he goes to 147lbs.

He has been been put on his back many times even when starting his pro career, even Limmond with 5KOs at the time had Khan down.

He has had a shaky chin as an amatuer also and been down often.

He was on his knees against Garcia and then crawled.

Funny how he had no problem with the weight when he was winning world titles.

Man i used to love Khan.

Now all that comes out of his mouth is rubbish....

"I am on of those fighters who has never been knocked out cold"

I still wish him all the best, but its getting harder and harder to respect what comes out of his mouth.

I really cant see freddie or alex who used to handle him, letting him lose 13lbs in one day. If so thats a very poor strategy.

He also said in another video that when he sparred at 150lbs in training camp he was dropping sparring partners. But when he dropped to 140 he was severly drained, tired and weak. Guess we'll see how he does at 147 then, no more excuses now.

It's easy? you don't know WTF you're talking about keyboard junkie.
Guys don't EVER lose all that weight in one day. drying out is done
over a 5 -7 day course by getting your body in 'flushing' mode which
takes drinking 2-3 times the normal amount of water, then reducing
that consumption day by day until your drinking nothing all the while urinating
like you're still drinking like a camel. fighters can cut about 12-15% of their
walking around weight like that in that time frame, and then between the
weigh-in and fight they drink water and eat all the way up to about 3-4
hours before fight time to put it all back on. So, there's is NOTHING easy
about it. In fact it's hell on the body and mind.
There kid, you just learned something new.
