A good job Haye's greed has never bothered you in the same way Khan's does.

And this whole '****ing over the fans' isn't as bad as you're trying to make out. If he really was ****ing over the British fans, he'd be cancelling the fight with a fake back injury after taking a £1,000,000 plus paycut (sound familiar?).

I'm not arguing for it's place in boxing. I'm just stating how it is with Khan's situation, and that continuing push the notion that "Khan's a greedy ****" like many seem to do on here, is misleading and pointless.

Sure, their incompetence and poor-planning is doing harm to themselves, but in reality, this has very little effect on us fans. We're still paying to view this bull**** fight, in the same we were paying to view the three-in-a-row bull**** fights with no undercards that your hero David Haye gave us.

 

He is managing his career very badly, i don't see him being in the sport long term he has a strange mentality.

 

Had Haye gone ahead with the Wlad fight, it would have been the worst deal in the history of boxing. I'm not exaggerating there, it would categorically have been, by ****ing far, the worst deal ever - ever - in boxing history. That's not debatable either. A three fight deal with not one guaranteed penny, despite being the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world? In fact, he'd lose money because of training and everything. Not only would he have to fight for free, he'd be paying for the privilege to risk his life when in reality, the heavyweight champion deserves millions per fight.

It was a bull**** deal and Haye was absolutely right to pull out.

Was Khan right to put a farcical mismatch on PPV with no undercard? No. Not when he could have chosen to allow it to be on Sky Sports for free. And before you mention Harrison, remember that Haye had no say in it being on PPV, it was Sky who wanted it. In fact, Haye didn't want to fight Harrison at all, it was Sauerland and Golden Boy who insisted.

 

Khan does seem a bit childlike when it comes to business, he just listens to his family.

Naseem would of been on the ball though.

 

Unfortunately that's just an opinion. What you think and what actually takes place can be different. You may think it's inappropriate (and I'd agree with you), but that won't stop it happening.

I think you're exaggerating there with the three-fight deal. The inital fight would have been screwed, but the other two (if he won the first) would have had the opportunity to jump onto Sky or another TV station. So I doubt he would have been fighting all three for nothing.

Khan's initial plans were not a PPV event without an undercard. They had that all in place, but the injuries hit them. Yes, the idiots should have had something in place to cover them, but unlike Haye, they did not set out with a bull**** mismatch with no undercard from the beginning.

And don't be so naive to think Haye didn't want the Harrison bout. He was standing to make **** loads of money. He was as happy to make it, as much as Sky, GBP and Saureland were. Not to mention, this was all during the time he was supposed to have been fighting the ****ing Klitschkos after all his bull**** talk.

This all seems to sit well with you, but Khan's doesn't?

 

He is ****ed basically. He needs to develop a brain and realise what his fanbase is.

Khan should feel fortunate that any of his fans are willing to pay to watch him fight on television.
I can understand their hesitation after the Breidis Prescott PPV farce, when Khan charged the viewers £14.95 to watch him get put to sleep in 30 seconds by the Colombian factory worker.

Bollocks, the vast majority of boxers admit its all about the dough, who gives a **** if Khan doesnt fight in Britain again, personally id rather see him fight in Vegas everytime

When you're boxing at the highest level, putting your life and wellbeing on the line, you OWE it to yourself to squeeze every penny you can from each fight...you'd be a mug not to
