Yeah I understand that, I've been saying this since the Cotto bout that Pacquiao has lost a little bit of his handspeed...it's only natural because of his age, the move up in weight and the wars he has been in. But to say that he is a lot faster than Pacquiao is untrue.

Khan, Mayweather and Pacquiao...and a few others are at the top when it comes to handspeed. Khan may be slightly faster than Pacquiao, but he's not a lot faster.

 

I have always believed that Khan is slightly faster than Pacquiao. There have been rumours that Pacman didn't have the speed in this camp, but he just got it back after sparring with Khan. One more thing to consider is that the Pacman is going up in weight so he will have less speed right now
