Wlad is sat at the top of a pile of less than mediocre heavyweights thats where he is. He's so afraid of getting hit he prances like a robot girl guide.
Until he mans up & fights someone decent he doesnt need a defence:hi::bbb

If Khan leaves Freddie he may as well call it quits. Freddie's game plan was the exact plan to beat Garcia. It was Khan not Freddie that failed.
A trainer can only do so much but when that bell rings the fighter is on his own. You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make him drink:nono

Honestly he needs Mayweather Sr, Goosen or McGirt, and he shouldn't even think about fighting any decent fighter who isn't feather fisted until 2014, he needs work.

I would keep Khan away from the Mayweathers who will change his style completely. McGirt, John David Jackson, and Nazeem would be excellent, they would refine what he has and tighten him up on defense and educate him on infighting and tying up. Something Freddie is in capable of doing.

Roach was supposed to be the one to fix his defence after the Prescott fight.

I though that was what he moved to the USA for all those years ago?

The only thing that was fixed was his matchmaking, which involved staying the **** away from big guys who can punch.

Khan is ridiculously overrated. Nothing can or will change that.

Very interesting idea, massive style change but I agree, it would make a much better fighter.

very simple truth....how we train is how we fight.

khan can change his technique with the right trainer.

floyd sr did it for oscar and prolonged his career.
