press 120kg. I find it hard to believe though. He said he gained a lot of muscle in his legs and lost on the upper body (arms included) since he joined Roach. Also he is now faster and stronger which I believe bc most of the power comes from legs.
Havent seen a real change on his upper body...Anyone?

    120kg? Yeah right

Have you got a source for this? His punches are probably more powerful as his body is being transformed to an almost perfect fighting machine under Alex Ariza. But a weight-lifter he's not, and I can't imagine him being able to push that much.

Lifting weight has nothing to with 1punch power. I'm sure Trinidad didnt touch weight much but he could still knock anyone head off.

Can't see it myself...is this before he went to Roach or after?

I couldn't see Roach letting him lift that much...maybe he was talking about his legs...thats more than believable.

Looking at his upperbody, I seriously doubt it. Exageration for the win.

Damn, a lot of you guys have probably never been to a gym.

Before joining Roach, Khan had put on a lot of mass on his upper body, and was definitely capable of doing 120kg on the bench.

Having said that, it doesn't really have any significance.

What I find the most hilarious is that people are talking about punching power  What on earth has it got to do with benching?

Wouldn't know, but his upper body used to be huge and his legs stick thin. He was very top heavy, he's definately more balanced in terms of where his weight and power comes from now.
