I know I was just trying to match IronsensLESS2002 senses. Yes it was a perfectly timed punch and Garcia was looking to land from round one.
I am surprised Roach did not pick up on it, avoiding it should've been a part of their so called 'game-plan'.

Well actually I am not surprised, in fact if you check the polls I picked Garcia by KO even though I am a Khan fan. Timing beats speed and especially stupid speed like Khan's. He was attempting to land
an uppercut as a follow up to a weak hook from a mile with his hands down, he always does that. Good on Garcia to pick up on it.

I'd actually go as far as saying that Garcia's dad's outbursts were designed to get Amir to have a shoot-out as soon as he was Tagged.

Khan was moving well off the Jab in the first 2 rounds, but the fact remains that he kept dropping his right Hand as he Jabbed. Garcia you would think worked on this in training...even spoke about Timing Khan's speed in the build-up to the fight and in the 3rd round, detonated...simple.

 

so let me get this right the only time Khan has ever fought a decent fighter, big puncher.. who wasn't completely past it.....
