From the above I guess the chance of Khan fighting the WBA mandatory challenger is now out of the question. It is a shame Team Khan are going this route in ducking Maidana after all the "Salita is the mandatory so that's who i'm going to fight" talk he gave.

I neither a hater or a fan of Khan but I honestly believe he's making a mistake. Maidana IMHO is the best fight out there for Khan. Maidana is good but well over hyped. If he took the risk, beat him (which I think he should ) then it would completely put to bed any questions about him and I think would rally a lot of the fans behind him, especially British ones, then he could go for a bigger name.

This idea about building up Maidana Khan to happen later down the line is total nonsense

Hey, if you had a super-fragile glass chin like Khan has, wouldn't you duck Maidana???

he's contradicting himself on his Twitter:

    "Not fightin for only money"

"How is goldenboy protectin me? Madana is not a big paid fight"

If he was just honest and didn't say one thing one minute and then something different another. Like giving reasons for Salita fight about being because it's mandatory, and now going down this road of ducking the mandatory for whatever reason. I'd rather he just openly said "I don't want to fight Maidana, he is too big a puncher and I want more money"

People are being unfair to Khan, seriouslly.

Maidana is a hard fight but it's easier for Khan than JMM. It just happens that Khan has bigger options on his plate right now.

The money is much better for a fight with JMM, probably twice or three times more. That's the logical way to go, no ducking of anybody.

Malinaggi is not enticing at all, in any way.

I think you're right, Maindana is the right opponent at the right time. BUT I don't think you can say can say Khan is ducking Maindana, when he's probably going to end UP fighting sometone 10x better like Bradley or Marquez.

Khan would destroy mandana and everybody knows it, I doubt he would land more than 10punches throughout the fight with his hand speed being so slow:lol:

Unless I'm mistaken, didn't Khan and Maidana agree to let each party take an interim fight?

Hell yeah i would. As much as i would like to see the fight as a fan, bussiness sense says he shouldn't even be in the same state with Maidana with his chin.
