Because Khan is delusional, he wants to blame everyone else for his defeats. By looking in the mirror and saying that, he is on the 1st step to recovery by acknowledging his main problem.

I found it hillarious that after Khan had survived Maidana and Peterson fights, he was starting to talk up his own chin - he was starting to believe his own delusional hype untill Garcia smashed 10 litres of snot out of him and then suddenley its all Freddie Roach's fault.
