Hard to believe but fair play.

 

If Khan shows no ****y confidence in the pre-fight presser then assume he is done for and the big sparring partners kicked his ass. He should be schooling his sparring partners if he is to have a chance against Canelo.

 

He's got the perfect situation, it's a win/win. If he beats canelo the implications are obvious, he gets the adulation he's been fiending for and gets to run his mouth more than ever before. He'll be near unbearable if he pulls it off. If he loses, he has the security blanket of being too small to take on boxings biggest draw and he lost to a "legend". Then he can trot back to welter and act like nothing happened so long as he doesn't get humiliated by canelo. The fights he avoided will still be there, so this is like a double cash out opportunity for khan lol.

Khan was a better fighter with Roach, his offense was good, speed and power, he just needed to make adjustments on his defense and stamina. There is a reason Khan is a 5,000 to 1 underdog............I hope Khan beats Alvarez, but the judges are going to be on Oscar's side. I used to like Khan, still do, but under Hunter he has gone down hill, plus his size, well, he was a natural 140 lb. fighter, had to eat a lot to go up to 147 which is the limit for Khan, but 155?! Are you kidding? I can't respect a fighter who refuses to fight his mandatory or legit 160 lb. fighters. Hope Khan wins, but his chin, stamina will not hold up................will he lose speed? Power? Don't know...............
