In regards to the Olympics, Britain weren't prepared to take him because they felt he was too young. So Khan then settled for Pakistan instead, which prompted Britain to reconsider. As for "doing it for Islam", you just made that **** up didn't you.
First part.Colin Hart,Sun newspaper reporter.Fact. His family got an all expenses trip out to Sydney.Hart gave this as a reason why.He put it in his column on a national newspaper for ****s sake!!!! If he was wrong he,d get his arse sued.He didnt so that answers that.Second, when he was interviewd and came out with that **** about islam (which he has done on a few occasions if you care to listen)Warrens face dropped and he could,nt get in fast enough to rabbit on about how proud Kahn was to be British.Next fight there were Union Jacks aplenty.
National newspaper, however tacky is still a newspaper, if they print **** which lets face it redtops tend to, they get sued.
Yes i accept they print a shed load of ****. However this particular piece was on about a single item of subject matter from a well respected boxing writer. There was no ambiguity at all. If it wasnt true he would have his own rep on the line, financialy he wont be a ****in millionaire and he would have been held up to count personaly not as an employee of the **** rag. The argument that papers print **** just means you can pick and choose what you want. However on this occasion you can see why there must be an element of truth. This particular boxing commentator doesnt have a history of bullshiting!!
You still haven't linked us to it. Or to a video, report or even mention of your other allegation which, apparantly, was broadcast on nationwide TV....
