Khan-Judah = Klitschko-Haye 2?

Yeah, you have a point there, Judah got no heart.

 

Khan does not have good footwork. Footwork is one of his big flaws.

I do get a sense that it'll have some similarities to last weekend's fight in that Judah will be too selective in his punches. He's been the type to go into a bit of a shell and look for one punch when he's eating leather. In his last fight, he was more selective than ever with his punches. Khan isn't as disciplined as Wlad is, and I think he'll give Zab some openings. Zab's got to take advantage of them though, and I think he gets outworked and loses a decision.

 

Sincerly doubt it. Both fighters will actually be willing to engage. If Khan vs. Maidana is a good indicator I think that will actually be a good one.

 

This is what happens.

Khan by a clear decision, and I think it's going to be one of his best performances, if not his best to date. Seems to me he wants to try and impress people after looking so mediocre against a negative McCloskey.

Khan better not get lazy or over confident though, all it takes is a few select punches to change the whole course of this fight. And the fact that Judah has a wildcard in Sweet Pea is making me uneasy.

 

You know, I was thinking the exact same thing whilst watching the fight on Saturday.

But considering the fact that Khan is nowhere near as disciplined as Wladimir, and can often be too enthusiastic when attacking, I don't think it will be as boring.

 

Maidana fights much different than Zab though. El Chino kept coming at Amir and was able to get him to the ropes because Khan too often went back in straight lines instead of circling.

I don't think you'll see either Zab or Amir coming forward like that. They'll try to keep it in the center of the ring. If one is more likely to go to the ropes, I think it will be Judah. Maybe to set a trap and land a big shot, like he did in his last fight.

 

The big difference here is that Zab has a lot more experience in big fights.


Zab has a number of big losses, but he's been in the ring with fighters Khan can only dream about being competitive against:

Prime Cotto
Prime Floyd
Prime Clottey

 

No. Khan is not nearly as difficult to hit as Klitschko and his large and fast volume of attack tends to keep his opponents defensive, rather than his jab and threat of power.

It's also a southpaw vs an orthadox fighter as well.

So I would say...No.

 

Khan has a different mindset to Wlad. He's actually quite an aggressive fighter, and loves to throw combinations. Even if you look at him in the amateurs, he often seemed to have more of an attacking than defensive mindset. Unlike Wlad, Khan won't be content to simply jab all night...which may well play into Judah's hands. We'll see.

 

Judah's got a ton of heart, but has the chin that rivals Kirklands.

p4p wise i think judah is a slicker fighter then haye and i dont think kahn is as strong or tall waldo p4p. hell i think it will be a good fight and will looking nothing like waldmir vs daivd, sorry but i disagree on this one, im expecting zab to bring it the 1st half and then surprise and bring then 2nd half of the fight.

 

I personally think if it ever happens, Mayweather Pacman would be more like Wlad-Haye.

Khan UD, but wouldn't be surprised by a Khan early KO W either.

I do like the new Judah, but Khan would be his best victory to date (potentially Spinks II).
