Khan jumps of Maidana when he fixes his jock

    If memory serves me right, in the khan maidana fight, maidana kept stepping back and ad******g his cup...one time, khan waiting til maidana put his hands down to adjust it and lunged in tagging him

    of course, i heard no whines about that

    now, i think the ending today sucked balls, but lets get things straight...one fighter was fighting with his hands, one with his head

    Yeah and maidana kept throwing shots when khan tried to touch gloves, **** happens

    Agree with both the above. Ortiz ****ed up plane and simple! After that hook he should of hit him back not turn to the ref!

    good point there..

    I don't think i've ever seen maidana touch gloves vs any opponent after the bell has rung.

    It didn't decide the outcome of the fight, same like Floyd vs Mosley. Big difference.
    euh... you can interpret this in 2 different ways. :blood

    it's the same ****ing thing

    khan intended to smash maidana in the jaw...hopefully making him see jesus...just because he didn't doesn't change the fact that when a fight is on, you fight...plain and simple


    edit: second part is correct...about interpretation

    So you think if Floyd did KO Mosley with that punch or Khan KO'd Maidana we wouldn't have had the same fallout as now?

    it's floyd...the man is a hate magnet...now, he brings most of it on himself...but i tell you, if khan KOed maidana with that shot...he would have been praised for his ring smarts and tenacity

    Watch the opening 3 seconds of Khan Maidana where Khan goes to touch gloves and Maidana swings at him.

    Obviously Khan thought "oh so that's how it's gonna be" and got his own back down the line.
