"We came very close to securing the fight between both Manny and Mayweather. I was in a good position and I could have fought either one of them. My strong performance against Devon Alexander has made some of the opponents think twice about taking me on.

"He is taking the easy route but boxing is a business and obviously he is going to do what makes for sense for him financially

"They're both very experienced but it could turn out to be a boring fight because there is just so much expectation on it. People are already thinking there are going to be fireworks and it's going to be massive, but just imagine, we've seen it in the past with mega-fights, they often turn out to be quite dull."

Wish this overrated arrogant **** inbred would stop talking and concentrate on making a realistic fight for himself against someone who can actually punch

This is the type of comment that gets people to hate you

He might as well go this route because people already hate him (not really sure why).

Now people will want to see him get KO'd even more so it probably helps his drawing power

No, he chose Pacquiao because 1) It's a bigger money fight, and 2) Pacquiao is a better name on Floyd's resume.

Khan is spot on here :good more often than not the build up is better than the fight.

All I can see happening is mayweather putting on his nike in a huge ring and pot shotting running to a boring decision.

It's funny how you actually think Khan is on Floyd's radar.

Pacquiao is a MUCH better scalp than Khan.

How is Pac stylistically easier than Khan

1 khan has always done well against southpaws also Alexander isn't even that good the reason been when Khan throws the straight right he doesn't pull it right back to his chin an gets counted allot by orthodox fighters left hooks. go an watch the Diaz fight watch the Garcia fight.

Floyd would be landing his left hook all night long on khan this is something southpaws cant do against him.

also Pac might be getting on but he is such a bigger threat to Mayweather the shoulder roll doesn't really work well against the southpaw straight left. were khan spams his shots Floyd would have no problem rolling with his punches an countering.

If Floyd wanted he could even turn it into an inside fight against Khan an beat him up that way he has a far greater inside game. look how easy it was for Lamont Peterson to turn it into an inside fight against Khan now do you think Peterson could have done that with Pac not a chance. To answer you question Pac an Floyd are so much more skilled than Khan an they both would stop him he just wants that pay check.

Pac has such better footwork better angles better punching variety a better fainting game an more power an is still lightning quick an a better chin. Khan might be taller an a bit faster but he would still be easy work for Floyd.

Khan can be problematic for floyd but i'm not sure he presents more problems than Pacquiao. Pacquiao is the busier of the two and more heavy handed, he is a southpaw and can throw punches from awkward angles. Khan is a more conventional fighter so he would be pretty much trying to beat Floyd with a style Floyd is used to seeing a lot. The only thing Khan has is speed and this could be present it's problems but i'm not sure he's faster or smarter than Floyd.

I think Khan is partly right and partly wrong. Yes, Floyd probably thinks twice before facing him but Floyd also thinks twice before facing Pacquiao. So, let's think... Who would floyd choose if two fighters present similar challenges but he can make 150 million fighting 1 and around 30 million fighting the other? secondly, losing to Khan would be devastating because if Floyd loses to Pac, at least he can say he lost to an all time great, only fighter in history who won titles in 8 divisions.

So.. yes Khan is not an easy fight for Floyd, neither is pacquiao but ONLY A FRIGGIN RE**** would pick 30 million vs 150mm and take risk of losing to a nobody vs an all time great. Facing Khan makes no sense whatsoever.

as far as Khan is concerned, what about him? Why is he ducking Danny garcia? How about he walks the talk and face Thurman or Garcia? bet he wouldn't... chicken sht who is salty that he lost his chance for big pay days.

Khan is talented, but he's starting to **** me off.

Amir, perhaps you didn't get the memo... but: NOBODY ****ING CARES IF YOU THINK YOU DESERVE THE FIGHT. The fans don't want it, and frankly, you haven't earned a shot at either man.

Amir Khan should fight Keith Thurman or something and STFU.

The most worrying thing about Khan's nonsense is that some people actually buy into it.

Probably Amir got excited when Floyd visited U.K. thinking he was searching or fighting there but he was disappointed when Floyd choose Manny instead of him.
