It was competitive ONLY in the sense that McCloskey was doing a good job by making Khan miss. That's all he had going for him. The very few shots he did throw, didn't even trouble khan. He was in there surviving, and focused primarily on not getting bit. He made it a negative fight, and was always going to make Khan less than stellar. But as you've just correctly said, Khan was getting stronger, and begun catching him more and more.
Mate, I think they're the same person(s). Quite possibly McCloskey followers, who are a deluded bunch, some of them.
To be brutally honest, Freddie Roach is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over hyped as a trainer seriously, styles make fights man and most times it dont matter what a trainer does if his fighter does not have the ability to adjust during a fight then he is already in trouble, nothing Roach could do to change that. Anyway, Khan was not exposed, he was exposed when Prescott knocked him the **** out and if he chooses to fight Bradley it may happen again.
Khan looked less then stellar because he is less than stellar. Khan is going to have another Prescott moment very soon. Mark my words.
Bradley fought a much shitter fight with alexander, mcklosky was very awkward & wasnt lookin 2 trade. At least khan was moving & trying to connect with combinations. Some people r very hard 2 please.
Amir Khan 24 years old silver medal in the 2004 olympics current wba super lightweight champ with 5 world title fights to his resume multi millionaire tv contracts got tired at the end of a 12 round war with a best in madena yeah, all of what you said seems to be the case so if its possible for the rest of the night This content is protected
Amir was throwing lot of punches but he was missing lot of them, nobody can deny that. He won the rounds pure to being active, and with sucsess rate maybe %10. He was coming in and missing a lot and was getting tired and slowing down while fight was going on, and Mc usually gets stronger in later rounds. I thought Mc will catch him eventually with counter punch or get to him and figure him out which would change the fight direction. Similar fight i can compare Ryan Rhodes vs Jamie Moore, the only diference Jamie Moore was actualy landing bombs on Ryan, but Kahn looked a bit amaturish the way he was missing with his punches. You can say what you wish, but this is my opinion and i was %90 sure this would have happened. Late stoppage for MC
A weak-chinned fighter being predicted to suffer a knockout loss in the near future? Good observation, Sherlock
Well, Watson, you didn't noticed that Khan was tired so maybe I need to point obvious things out to you.
Some of you realy think that Khan looked great? as if he was punishing Mclosky every round, For god sake Khan won the fight by headbutt, I think the fight between Bradley and Khan should be promoted as CLASH OF THE HEADBUTTS
i guess Mccloskey would have had a full tank and could have gone 20 rounds...because he dont get tired see when you are actually doing all the work, getting tired will happen... if you look close, i think khan was not only tired, he was starting to perspire...:hi:
Mclosky nut hugger....can you please get off his balls and watch the fight again.....Mclosky failed to land much if anything in this fight....yes Khan was missing....but he wasnt trying to box....he was trying to knock the guy out....he pressed the action while Mclosky was jus holdin....backfooting....just on the defensive....(and before you say he had his hands down....everytime there was an exchange....he'd jus duck his head to the left lower than his hips....he didnt want to exchange....)...although it was a poor stoppage....we all know khan would have won this fight via UD or maybe even late stoppage....
