At 135? You know, although Khan has speed and an improved defense, would he stop Katsidis before Katsidis managed to land? Maybe the move to 140 will help him but at 135 Khan could not take a punch. One thing's for sure, the fight wouldn't last 12 rounds. I think although it could go either way I would put my money on a Katsidis stoppage win. Khan would never go back to lightweight though.

I like Mitchell...but he's a domestic fighter. Katisidis is nothing special, he was schooled by Diaz and even got put down by graham earl, plus he's past it.

Kinda what we saw in the second round from Mitchell would happen often for Khan... he'd have to keep moving... but always a good chance of Katsidis connecting, and then who knows... although his chin aint really tested properly at LWW, it could well be same as when he was back down at LW.

Khan aint ever going back to 135. Fight would only be at 140....where khan would at least have a chance..

the reason katsidis was able to walk through mitchell was because he doesn't hit hard

watch the diaz fight, diaz totally outboxed him, katsidis couldn't get passed his jab, and diaz doesn't even hit hard.

Katsidis is being overrated cos he walked down a career SFW, dont forget in the fight before last he was unable to stop some filipino bum, and was unable to hurt a shot to **** Juan Diaz, a guy who was rocked by Paulie M. Puts it into context, he's a warrior, but he's a caveman, Khan with Roach in his corner stops him in two.

Mitchell is a super featherweight, Khan is a light welterweight.

Drawing conclusions on the basis of Katsidis being too much physically for Mitchell is not valid.

he couldn't hurt diaz because he couldn't touch him, diaz outboxed him.

mitchell made katsidis look a world beater.Kats isnt that good but a level above mitchell. Mitchell at best is at european level he wont cut it on the world stage. Khan is a beast at 140 and would obliterate Katsidis. I see a Khan-Earl repeat early stoppage for Khan

Khan has it in him to wipe Katsidis out in spectacular Earl/Salita fashion since the differences in speed, skill and size are so distunguished. He could also school him in the fashion Mitchell did Prescott. Could Katsidis grind him him down? Its possible - but i wouldnt be putting my money on it, certainly not at 140.

It would be messy.... for Katsidis.

Khan will finish him. Easy easy fight for Amir. Khan speed is ridicolous and those punches have snap as well. There was nothing cute about Katsidis. At onme point in the fight he just ran to mitchell as open as anything. How wil he avoid those long sharp punches of Khan

    ko 1-6

I don't think he hits that hard and I wouldn't say he has pin-point accuracy either, more like he throws fast combinations with some landing and some not, and those that do land are not always on the button.
