arizas methods are nothing new, he was such a big deal because the previous wild card conditioning coach ju-stin fortune used outdated methods because he didn't have the education of ariza.

i bet most guys cant name ronnie shields' gym conditioning coach, he is one of the best in combat sport, but he doesn't receive the media attention that ariza does.:-(
