Look at the Canelo Matweather scorecards. Look at how wide the Canelo cotto scorecards were. All Canelo has to do is legitimately win 3 rounds and he'll get the decision. The HBO commentators will also be heavily biased towards Canellos work, swaying public opinion on what is actually taking place. The fight is somewhat of a farce anyway(pulling a chinny Khan up two weightclasses), and to make things worse Khan's only chance of winning is via decision. He's going to have to pitch a shut out to get a split decision.
Canelo's power is a myth. He has never shown the amount of power many are claiming. Anyone claiming a Canelo KO is fooling themselves. Khan will outbox him for most of the fight much in the manner that Mayweather did. However, like you say OP Khan isn't mayweather and look how they almost tried to give Canelo THAT FIGHT TOO. I expect the fight to be about a 7 to 5 win for Khan. I expect the judges to spin that into a 11 - 1 or 10 - 2 for canelo.
If in the unlikely event Khan makes it to the final bell, and has put in enough work to take a majority of rounds....yes he may get jobbed on the cards. However, thats pretty unlikely, and in such a case will probably be so close nobody will bat an eyelid anyway.
hahaha look at the HBO punchstats through round 4. They actually have Canelo landing more punches. Khan 4-1 but can he actually make it to the final bell to get robbed?
Well i did say he had to see the final bell in order to get robbed. I guess Canelo didnt need his insurance policy tonight.
