+1. Hoping for Porter myself, but you nailed it as far as who's acceptable and who's not. Khan's got enough options that I'd be disappointed if he went down the Paulie route...we've already seen how that plays out...
I'd be willing to bet Khan plays it as safe as possible as far as opponent selection for his next fight. Don't be surprised if it's another total scrub. He's holding out for the Floyd payday and doesn't want to risk losing it with another loss.
Malinaggi - Who wants to see this Khan beat him fairly easy last outing the only person this benefits is Paulie as he has nothing to lose and its a pretty nice payday for himself Khan cannot use this as leverage for Mayweather fight Peterson - I like this fight Khan has a chance to win this is he just fights smarter exciting too Broner - This would be a good one the trash talk would be an added bonus but I don't think Goldenboy wants to throw Broner in there with Khan and vice versa at this satge of there careers Porter - This could be an exciting one too kinda a risky fight for Khan one benefit is winning a belt and using that as bait to land a Mayweather fight
Malignaggi and Peterson are two pointless fights. Even if Peterson holds a win over Khan everyone knows it's a robbery and a joke win. Broner and Porter are his best choices, especially Porter since he offers a major title and a serious risk.
rematch with peterson i can see at 147. i think porter/brook will happen. i like khan/joseito lopez thats a good one
Listing them in order of likeliness, based solely on the order of how dangerous (least to most) at the moment: -Luis Collazo -Devon Alexander -Robert Guerrero -Shawn Porter
I wish Victor Ortiz was willing to have a "contender or journeyman" type of make or break fight because Khan vs. Ortiz still appeals to me for whatever reason... and for whatever reason I still think Ortiz probably wins despite being a half brained caveman himself.
the more I think about it the more likely khan broner becomes in my eyes. I bet both of them see the other as a very winable fight, maybe the easiest "top"-option out there, it is easily the fight that creates the most buzz and the winner of the fight would be right back in the conversation for a title-fight. they both still have some star appeal left that most of the other fighters don't have, if you match them up vs each other at least you will have one guy left to work with and hype up afterwards, if they choose to fight other opponents both of them might lose and the money would be gone for good.
Styles make fights young Super Ham, I thought you were going to research this If you think Guerrero causes Khan more trouble than Porter your a bigger idiot than I thought Porter would beat Guerrero anyway
