He couldn't last 54 seconds with prescoot I doubt he'll last 2000  without getting hit.

A rematch with Prescott would still be huge for Khan. It doesn't matter that Prescott has lost, he represents a massive threat to Khan. Overcoming that hurdle would be intensely meaningful for the young Khan.

He should have rematched him right away. But even now he should still rematch him. It looks very bad if you dont rematch someone that KTFO of you.

Look at Kostya and the **** he gets for being stopped by that one guy. If he would have rematched him and beat him that would have helped his legacy.

    Yes he does.

Better clear out this bad record in his resume early or it will remain as a point for his haters to pull his legs down later. It's gonna be extra baggage.

this might be just like shane mosley and vernon forrest, some guys are just bad match ups for fighters who are better overall, although i do think khan would win a rematch that first fight was a sign of warren slipping and one of the biggest **** ups in british boxing history, if one were more cynical you'd think it was planned to distrupt and put a spanner in the works in khans career, prescott had all the ingredients you keep far away from a young talented but fragile and vulnerable kid

no need for a rematch, its a lose lose situation and the risk/reward value isn't good, this fight doesn't have the same pulling power, attraction and meaning it had before prescott lost to a journeyman and i don't think prescott will do anything from here, bar the occasional upset, the guy is crude and got exposed he didn't even make it to mirandas level which is what i thought he would do

much better career/money choices for khan who for me is still a work in progress and won't reach full maturity and development till he's in his mid 20s

Yes . . . I agree. But to the illogical haters it's still a point to pull him down.

Prescott was never anything special to begin with. He beat an up and coming prospect who has a terrible chin. Everyone instantly put the guy in their top tens off that win and then he got exposed for what he really is. Next is Maidana. The guy's got pop, but Ortiz should have easily won that fight. But I'm sure people will be in here to jump on Maidana band wagon.

i'm convinced someone with a jab who can circle beats maidana, ortiz handed that fight to him, FFS he abandoned the jab completely

isn't it strange though, kotelnik would probabily school prescott, i guess thats why we love this sport

Khan wont take this rematch becuase it will destroy his career, even Roach hasn't got an answer for prescotts nastyness towards Khan lol
