    about the only place that shows Boxing is Dubai and that is just because there are so many high powered American business men over there. My girlfriend is from Jordan and you can't watch Boxing but in maybe 2 or 3 countries in that whole region. She laughs at what a joke and hypocrite Khan is he breaks Muslim traditions all the time.

    Thats all the countries Al Jazeera is broadcasted to in just the Middle east. In total it broadcasts to more than 140 countries to over 270million people. Well your gf is certainly a hypocrite because you can't date as a muslim anyway :lol::rofl:patsch

    Hate to break it to you but Al Jazeera doesn't show Boxing in all those countries they don't all get the same programming you realize that right? :rofl:patsch

    No different than what some channels show in the States vs Canada. Totally different content.

    How on earth do you even know that for sure? The fact is Al jazeera broadcasts to all those countries. It certainly isn't banned from those countries either, it used to be in Libya a few decades ago when Khadafi declared it barbaric but since his death its not anymore. Libya just held a womens boxing tournament! They all used to watch Muhammed Ali back in the day also and the Prince.

    that is partially true. Wrestling, archery, fencing are all ok, but boxing is not. Obviously because of pugilistic dementia.

    But i wouldn't go as far as saying its banned. I think football is more popular in the middle east and cricket in India etc.
