Good by what standards? At world level which he was supposed to be operating on as a world title challenger he wasn't good by any means, he was woefully out of his depth. He's a domestic level fighter, or ESPN level fighter in America, as long as he doesn't fight any live bodies with power. He's 'good' at that level nowhere else.
