:huh Does that mean if I fought Wlad Klitschko, all I would have to do is run away and I'd win?

Khan wins so easy , please dont make this fight out to be some kind of great match up or some career challenge Maidana is no more than a slow C grade slugger , who if he connects does knock fighters out. But if you do get hit by this guy then you have know reason to be called a champion.

Its winnable for both Maidana & Khan.

If it goes the distance i think would take it... but if he gets caught hard it will be good night.

I don't think Khan can stay away for 12 rounds, Maidana is quicker and more awkward then people give him credit for. I think this fight ends in a KO, but for who I don't know. Flip a coin.

    Decent prediction.

Gotta give credit to Khan for taking this. Even though he's miles ahead in terms of ability it's still a real pick 'em fight and a big risk at this stage of his career. If he gets knocked out it undoes all the good work him and his team have done in terms of rebuilding his confidence and reputation.

Personally I see something along the lines of Lewis-Tua... albeit with more movement and more clinching inside from Khan. Maidana's best chance is gonna be if he catches Khan in the first couple of rounds. If it goes beyond, say, 7 or 8 rounds then I fancy Khan to take a comfortable decision with maybe a few flurries thrown in as Maidana starts to fade.

The big question, however, is the chin, and we just don't know what will happen when a guy with Khan's punch resistance meets a guy with Maidana's power. Maidana probably doesn't even need to land flush to hurt Khan. Can Khan realistically go the full 12 rounds without taking a shot? He was occasionally a bit sloppy against both Kotelnik and Malignaggi and he can't afford to make the same mistakes against a proven banger.

Like I said though, this is a great fight for fans, and one which both guys can conceivably win.

Kotelnik has mediocre power. Khan hasnt faught anyone with a punch since prescot. Itll be lights out for khan against Maidana.

50-50 fight at best. Khan has a tendancy to exchange when he shouldnt.
He does have a weak chin and one big shot ends the fight.
Still Maidana has an average chin at best himself, so this should be really interesting.

As an aside, whats with people talking about Khan "Not exchanging" with Maidana. Do you want to watch a bar brawl or a boxing match?
Does Mayweather EVER exchange in any of his fights?

Love the way people think Khan getting KO'd by prescott at a lower weight has ANYTHING to do with this fight.

Or that all Maidana has to do is land one punch and it's game over.

I'm not saying Maidana has no chance of KO'ing Khan, because he certainly does, but when will all these so called 'boxing guru's' learn that you can never use one fight to make predictions on another.

not quite , he was simply out classed .... out jabbed , out landed and outboxed ...

Alexander landed on almost nothing but Kotolnik's arms and gloves yet people think he won, or that it was even close.

Khan's fragile Glass Jaw is going to be obliterated into a million pieces. I wouldn't sit ringside without wearing eye protection because there is gonna be a lotta glass flyin'.
