Khan is clueless. I don't think he's a bad guy, but he's completely unaware of how he comes off. He's been throwing a so called friend under the bus so that he can position himself for a payday.

 

I hope he convinces him to retire. I'm still a fan of Pacquiao, but let's face it, Arum is milking him to the last nickle. Plus, blows to the head don't bode well with politics.

Please explain to me, from those quotes that were in the article, how exactly he's getting "too big for his boots"?, all it sounds like to me is that he's worried about his friend getting old and losing to lesser fighters that he would have beat years ago?, how exactly is that arrogant? :huh

Agreed. But in my opinion he's pretty much right in this case. Mayweather beats Pac, he got lucky against Marquez, and he shouldn't fight for much longer.

 

Tommorrow he'll come back and say he was misqouted and that Manny could beat Floyd easily.

 

I wouldn't. Pac needs more than a yes man as a friend. I can see where you're coming from though.

 

As crazy as it sounds, I don't think Pacquiao is fighting for himself anymore. I think he's gotten bored of boxing. he seems more interested in singing and politics than boxing. I think he's fighting b/c people want him to fight, not because he wants to fight. And if that's the case, I'm not sure he should continue either. What I noticed on Saturday was that Marquez is still very passionate about boxing, Pacquiao on the other hand, seems to have lost his passion a while ago.
