I'm torn on this. On one hand, it was a great fight that deserves a rematch. On the other hand, I don't think Khan can significantly add to his style in such a short time period...he's going to have the same weaknesses as always, and now Peterson knows exactly what he needs to do. It'll be pressure and body punching from round 1 to 12.

Peterson shows he is a stand up guy, immediately giving Khan a rematch.

I wish Khan wasn't so ****ing bitter, but I'm not the one fighting so it is what it is.

Hopefully the second fight is just as good, and there is no controversy in the decision.

I'm not surpised Khan is abit pissed off

He should have been beating Bradley up then moving to 147

    not get a controversial loss

Delayed his career by another 6 months :/

This is not just take it and put it aside folks! Khan has to beat Lamont impressively or else no big business watchable on the horizon for him, remember two losses. He won't get that shot and big payday with Floyd if he doesn't win a WW title like Ortiz did and Ortiz have a tough one against Peterson and lost to Maidana.

Same result. Khan can't take it to the body and Lamont will walk through him all night long. Khan doesn't hit hard enough to stop Peterson.

"Khan needs to beat him convincingly"

    I don't agree with this

Lamont is one the best 140 pounders

How do we not just know Lamont has a great style to deal with khan? Like Marquez has a great style to deal with Pacquiao?

    This is boxing.

    I'd expect a 12 round fight rematch.

My only thing with this is, Lamont doesn't have a "style" to deal with Khan, he simply adapted. Lamont saw he was getting outboxed (just outpointed really) from the outside and made the adjustment to move to the inside. He saw something in Khan where he knew he could do it.

Now someone's "style" who is just like that and is a big puncher would MURDER Khan on the inside, ahem.....Victor Ortiz.

 that would've been funny if lamont said he wants to try and avenge his only loss first and have khan wait

Ha yeah right, GB needs the fight to be in Vegas so they can hire their own judges.
