We will see just who kept to their word to 'boycott' this ppv on fight night here. I bet on fight night many of the posters here will have caved in & bought this PPV. & by ****, they wont be able to help themselves but come in & discuss the action. Its a lovely thread in theory, but the harsh reality is that those who boycott this will just have to sit & read people who havent bigging up every fight like its Gatti-Ward. Sorry for being so cynical, but thats what will happen. I dont believe for one second every name on this list wont be watching the action as it unfolds.
I'll be watching via a free online stream hehe There will be plenty of streams available come fight night.
thats what i'll be looking for. i'm definitely not buying the ppv but i love boxing and so will be looking to watch the fights on-line...especially the arthur-cook fight.
It's cringeworthy isn't it? The Khan hype has always been ridiculous and now Sky are taking it to another level. The sooner he gets sparked out the better for everyone including Amir Khan.
Dunky, im not buying it. I swear, im going to be tight for cash and need to save for college. I refuse to buy this and im emailing them ****s at sky to tell them that also!
i signed the petition, but if i am in the country at the time, i will watch it, as i have a box that picks up sky box office. But I may still boycott this show as a matter of principle. setanta (crap commentary excpting) has been brilliant for boxing in the last year or so. Sky should take a leaf out of there book. I recommend all those who wish to watch, to use Sopcast or some similar prog to watch an online p2p stream.
I is point less, Khan is looking after number 1, which is what all fighters should do, he is putting his life and well being on line in that ring and should try to get the most money he can get, you guys will at cave in, when he fights the top guys for the titles, wil you buy the a PPV if he fights Campbell,Alex, baby bull or one of the other top 10 135 fighters, I believe this will happen next.
I'd sign it as I think it is a farce he is on box office but considering I've shelled out a couple of hundred quid to be there in person I think that makes me a bit of a hypocrite.
