I don't think those tweets are from him. Amir's said so in the past that it's his friend that's in charge of them

Not sure if this is true but if it is it shows that Khan is thick as ****. Always thought he was a bit stupid but rooted for him because he's a Brit. Why you would want to listen to his musings on Twitter God alone knows.

 

I liked Khan and thought he had matured with the move abroad, the brilliant performances against Kotelnik and Salita. But this shows he has not grown up at all, to be talking that way about other boxers, unless it's some kind of promotional trash talk, is not good. Saying things like i hate Carl Froch, i think hes jealous of me, he got whooped, etc will not go down well in the UK, especially when hes about to embark on a career in the US. Its a shame because i thought he was becoming a man, but he still appears to be the child that has more fame than his career to date deserves.

 

am pretty thats not khan (officially yes but got a guy tweeting for him),and if it is him, then the guy has no class. khan could of been the bigger man and supported carl on his loss, instead he has become just as a dick as carl. but surely carl deserves it hes been going on for so long so long about joe calz/khan he had this coming. khan has tweeted some dumb points, but its funny how carl can open his gob for so long and then as soon as khan gives a taste of his own medicine people are all over the place.

Not for me, i havent heard what Froch said but theres just not a need for UK fighters to be ribbing each other, unless of course theres a future match up down the line, they get enough bad press abroad anyway! I was just dissapointed to hear that Khan was so desperate to get his 2 cents in, he couldnt even wait till the day after the fight? Its a shame because even if it wasent Khan, whoever did it could have lost him fans that he will desperately need when attempting to conquer America.

 

yeah, but thats nothing really, carl's being ripping him since he lost to prescott about how hell never come back, has too many fans, mouth hasnt shut since he won the tittle, and khans been reserved until last couple of weeks, carls alot worse than khan its no contest. imo carl deserved what he got, but either khan is just plain stupid, or is slow, bad mouthing boxers who your not going to fight is gonna make your loose fans your right about that. also i really question if that is actually khan tweeting or if it might be his mates.

Well by the sounds of that Amir's outburst is no biggie. Not great pr for him nonetheless, and i to tend to reserve judgement over twitter 'quotes' from fighters.

 

Khan is a media reclamation project. Why would anyone care what this guy has to say. His only leverage as a fighter is he is with a connected promoter that is it.
