Khan is the most irrelevant of all the top ten was.

Brook, Maidana, Marquez, Porter, Bradley and Thurman can just fight each other and most of them would be willing as well.

Khan can just stand on the sidelines, fight Algeiri and delude himself into believing hes something special and his fans can believe their hero is cleaning house.

Khan thinks he's a big draw, but nobody, and I mean NOBODY, would watch him against Algieri.

Khan is delusional if he thinks such a fight would do ANYTHING other than flop.

If I were a promoter, I would flat-out REFUSE to let Khan fight Algieri. That'd be like flushing money down the toilet.

    I dunno.

Did you see the viewing figures for Garcia v Salka? Averaged over 800k viewers [http://www.boxingnews24.com/2014/08/garcia-salka-averaged-612k-viewers-last-saturday-on-showtime/]. A terrible match up, but unbelievably, drew in the punters.

Viewers, particularly American viewers, are not a discerning audience; they'll buy any $hite that's fed to them.
