Doesn't change that fact. But the fact still remains detection period is 48 hours and Floyd wants testing without a cutoff date. Still have yet to say why Pac won't take the tests. :D

It would seem very strange if Pac's team flat out refused random blood tests which Floyd fans like you claim. Pac has stated blood tests are fine as long as it's not too close to the fight. Pac has agreed to a reasonable random blood testing procedure. Reasonable meaning if he decided to dope, he would be caught in the post fight blood test.

That being said, what seems more strange to me and most non-biased people, is why Floyd would offer a 14 day cutoff, and then Pac saying 7 days, and then Floyd then saying "I'm on vacation" "I don't have the urge". :think

I suggest people follow the barry bonds **** and then come back to this thread.... Its obvious pac and camp get away with this bull**** b/c boxing is second tier and he is a foreigner. You got bitches testifying that Barrys balls shrunk and yes... they brought up his increase in head size. This is ****ing federal court.. Yet pac is suing for defamation and this clown has never even taken a test for HGH/EPO? I mean seriously *******s.. **** Floyd, **** Floyd sr and ignore them for a second. Even if they are the so called whistle blowers or accusers or whatever you want to call them. This is steroids... every high performing athlete damn near in any sport has been accused or outed for its use. Especially those who performed above expectations. You can either A go through a well regulated testing session even if you are not fighting the accuser and perform the same and that shuts everyone up and makes the accusers look like fools. If you go with option B and start suing and saying your clean and not taking ANY tests at all in Texas the average schmo will raise an eyebrow or two. We seen all of our heros gone down the roid path after denial after denial. With only bull**** speculation like with Pac about **** like head size, more strength, stamina whatever. And majority of these athletes wound up being dirty and saying the same thing.. I did not know what my personal trainer was given me. Cut the BS

I know you can't see this since I'm on your ignore list. But Terry Newton was caught using HGH not initially by blood test, but by his own admission when he was notified. I'm sure that gave the drug testing agency all the incentive to make sure he got a positive HGH reading, something they fail to do all too often. Same goes for EPO.

WADA also states in this article they have a test that can detect HGH up to 84 days prior use.

Yeah, go ahead and laugh at Terry Newton. He hung himself a year after this incident. I'm sure you find that really amusing.

He's said it himself. He feels blood testing too close to the fight weakens him. A psychological fear can't be disproven and it's not like he magically made it up. He felt a close blood draw cost him the first Morales fight. Whether it had an actual physical effect on him is irrelevant. Their best time of finding HGH use would be in the 6 weeks leading up to the fight. Would you drink a protein shake when you aren't working out just because or take testosterone if you have nothing to benefit from it? A drug cheater would be smart with his use, including using illicit PEDs for a ****ing purpose. It comes down to Floyd wanting his way with testing that is already above what is required and he knows Pacquiao's history. he never studies tapes but he'll gladly spam youtube links to a fighter's losses to bring attention on himself.

How about the great Duran's head in his lightweight compared to his head in his supermiddle? taking HGH too? No offense to the great El Cholo.

Floyd did offer a 14 day cutoff, but Manny wouldn't go inside 24 days and walked away from negotiations on a HUGE payday for both fighters over it. I assume there is no disputing this, as it is a documented fact...yes?

At that point Manny disrespected Floyd, left him without a fight, made him look like a jackass, by just bolting on negotiations and signing to fight Clottey as opposed to working out the details of a huge fight for both of them. Unfortunately for Manny and Top Rank, Floyd didn't go "fightless" which would have increased Manny's power in negotiations, instead he beat the best WW in the world at that time and he increased his negotiationg power, which resulted in huge FAIL for Manny and team.

This then lead to PBF being able to make the "no cutoff" demand, and the current situation.

Current situation is Pac continues to show the world he wants to fight while the other is on "vacation" looking for his "urge".

Very bad comparison number one, number two, no one mentioned the Mayweather's. Irrelevant to this discussion.
