This was posted a few days ago. Well into his camp.

Khan is saying he doesn't want to stay MW - he feels better lighter.

Also at the beginning of the video responding to a question about possible fight with GGG - he says he has to wait and see how his first fight at this weight goes. Showing he is uncertain how he will perform heavier.

He does not come across enthusiastic and confident fighting at MW this close to the Canelo fight. :patsch

Also shows that Canelo really did pull him up a lot - even against Khan's misgivings.

Khan is a fraud who stuck his middle finger up to his own fans by denying them the fight they most wanted to see.

Completely deluded Glass Jawed fraud who's never been or ever will be a champion

He is taking a risk that is going to backfire. But at least this way he will be able to say "I said in the build up I wouldn't stay at MW and tonight proved that etc etc I will go back down and fight the best bla bla".

    I agree.

The fight is the prefect litmus test. If he gets whipped out clean - he needs to accept his non-elite status.

If you are seen as non-elite, then you should not be constantly calling out elites and being ignored. It just makes him look bad. He needs to earn it and work his way up again.

He clearly will use the weight as an excuse if he loses against Canelo to keep him in the frame for the top 147 fights.

Canelo should stop picking fights with smaller guys. I don't know if its overhyped here, but if Canelo does in deed come into fight night at 170+ then that is just a farce.

He will do. Just about. He always is much bigger than his opponants come fight night. He seems to be a freakish rehyrater but as soon as he comes up against somebody who can push him at a deent pace for anything beyond 7 rounds will see the 155 thing is affecting his stamina.

I havn't felt any confidence out of the Khan camp recently...

The big boy sparring Partners have given him a reality check..

Looks like he tried to bulk up early in camp and ended up just at a fat 164 pounds...rushed his last few weeks in camp to get down to good shape.

I thought he said that he was "3 times stronger and 1½ times faster" at MW (or Caneloweight actually).
That would make him a speedster version of Ernie Shavers at MW and with that practically unbeatable.

And now he's saying he felt better at the lower weight? What's up Amir? :conf

People need to understand, Khan is fighting Canelo at Juniormiddleweight. If Khan were to beat Canelo, I'm sure Khan would be open to face GGG at the same max weight he fought Canelo in.

Khan has moved up one weight division, not two.

Even if Kahn wins, I'd be very surprised if he hung around.
