Khan better face someone credible next otherwise he will continue to lose fans. I wish he would allow the talk but I guess he is desperately trying to get that Mayweather fight by staying in the spotlight.

imo this is more risk for less reward!! keith thurman could easily take khan out ala presscott/garcia but will make far less than if he was to fight kell where at least the risk vs reward is going to work out better. imo khan just likes to try calling the shots and with his army of entourage telling him he is right in everything he is doing it just makes him worse!!

khan needs someone in his camp that will tell him the truth and also pull him up when he starts speaking nonsense!! if he didnt come across as deluded as he does he would have so much more fans.

That's the problem. He could still to where he wants if he loses all the annoying chat. He will also get a lot more fans if he did this. I like his boxing style but as a person, he is not very likable. He is a direct contrast to a Hatton, who was a very likable person, yet mouthed off when he needed.

No way will he fight Thurman. Fair play he may be willing to fight him but his team won't let him. Thurman would land at least once and that's him gone.

People talk alot about thurman but who has he thought? Soto coras had on him on stiffs, he beat average guerraro and he's fighting collazo who after the beating amir khan gave him won't last 5 rounds with thurmaN

So when is thurman going step up ?

chaves would be thurmans best win who imo is better than anyone khan has fought at ww but they both need a big win so fighting each other would make sense that way but khan wont fight a puncher

Thurman is better in every department than Algieri, most notably punching power.

Khan won't go near thurman, as he knows he'll get KTFO.

Expect Khan to keep talking until announcing he's fighting another feather fisted midget.

Khan would destroy Thurman. Thurman is very limited and his power is unproven. Khan would box rings around him. Not sure what you guys are seeing in Thurman. He couldn't have looked further from elite against Guerrero. Out of Brook, Porter, Bradley and Thurman, "bum time" Keith is the easiest opponent for Khan.

who does look good against guerrero? guerrero is a skilled southpaw that can mix it with almost anyone at welter bar floyd. i could see thurman take out khan but on the flip side i could see khan outpoint him quite handily too. like most i just worry when chris algieri is hurting someone!!

It's not like Khan was hurt. He was momentarily stunned. People make too much out of boxers being "featherfisted". Any punch can hurt any fighter at any time. Khan cruised the Algieri fight by four rounds. He's survived a lot more against Maidana and Peterson. He would outclass Thurman, Bum time would have a puncher's chance at best.

Thruman is the easiest out of those. He still beats Khan though.
