I never said you did. My point was that Brook's fame doesn't extend much further than Sheffield. Khan's is much wider - he has more fans and appeal as his profile is higher. Brook is relatively unknown.

Not sure why some people are saying Kell will be easy. Kell is a very strong, solid all-round boxer. He has sound fundamentals, good power and technique. It will be a tough fight for either one.

    In the UK.

I am not sure i understand what you are saying from '...and' onwards, but let's just leave it as Khan is more widely known in the UK than Brook. We should be able to agree on that.

I don't blame Khan for wanting to fight Floyd Mayweather. It would be a big payday and a legacy defining fight.

I mean Kell Brook fought Shawn Porter and it got very low numbers. I think much lower than Garcia vs Salka.

Kell Brook's just won the world title. He can go on and have a voluntary and Khan can chase the Mayweather fight.

And then later this year they can fight eachother. I don't see the rush in fighting in June.

No one disputes that, but Khan has no trouble with solid boxers. Think Alexander, Kotelnik, Judah. Speed and combination punching from the outside will ensure Khan beats Brook to the punch and racks up the points for a UD win. What can Brook do to prevent this happening? If Khan fights right and doesn't get overconfident, then I don't think it will be a hard fight for him.

The big difference being is Kell is a big and strong WW with a very good punch. Khan has improved under Hunter but there is no guarantee that he can keep down his recklessness against Kell, especially if it happens on home soil. Kell is good enough to catch Khan but it comes down to how well he takes a Kell shot. Kell is a pretty good finisher to.

Also it depends on how Kell adjusts to Khans speed and if he can time him. We will only see when the fight happens.

I;m not too sure brook has that much power, his ko rate is around 65% which isn't much better than khans, and khan has fought higher level opponents for a lot longer too.

arguably you don't need much power to floor khan, but khan should win via a wide points decision if he boxes like he did vs devon

nobody blames khan for chasing mayweather but the question is why would he avoid brook when he doesnt get the floyd fight?

who does team khan, GBP/Al Haymon have lined up if they wont fight brook?
