I don't believe in Khan anymore, it will be a miracle if he comes back from this. Knowing the ****stani/Indian mentality.

It's possible that Khan will end up fading to obscurity, but it's also possible that he can still come back on top despite his flaws. This is boxing, anything can happen. That's the point I'm trying to make in this thread. Why are people so drawn in to putting Khan down?

problem with Khan is he is losing to not great fighters. Garcia and Prescott and Peterson. He will never be a top fighter again. Not really. He might have a few good wins, but his lack of boxing fundamentals is why he is losing. He has great handspeed but so what if you don't use boxing fundamentals and put it all together. He showed no defense. I am not sure what Freddie Roach does when he trains him. Does he tell him use your jab and set up punches because all I saw Khan do is rush in and throw punches with his hands down, same as in the Peterson fight and other fights. If you punch with your hands down you will get hit and go down. What does Roach do?
I am starting to think he just has good fighters and gets them because of his popularity now with Pacman, but he should have told Khan. Use your jab. Set up the punches and hit Garcia to the body, which will lower his left hand and make the right easier to land. Khan didn't even throw his right over the left of Garcia. He would throw and Garcia would be loading up. The tactics baffle me. This was not Garcia winning it was Khan giving Garcia the fight. Khan was winning because he was faster, but he was walking in and it was just a matter of time before Garcia got a punch in.

To be fair, losing to Julian Jackson and Simon Brown is a world away from Prescott and Garcia, and it's not like Khan has any Sugar Ray Leonards, John Mugabis or Meldrick Taylors on his record to balance the crushing losses.

Aside from everything else, Norris had the power to keep any opponent honest. Once Khan's early blitzkrieg is out of the way, durable fighters like Maidana, Peterson and Garcia are able to walk him down and bully him around.

It isn't a single weakness that puts a ceiling on Khan's potential - it's the combination of poor ring IQ, inability to roll with punches and lack of genuine power alongside his below average chin.

He lost twice by one shot kayos and now under one of the best trainers in the US. Suppose he was in there with the guy he said to grow up some balls or Floyd. Khan can't take it unless he is on the move. Written off and I am pretty disappointed and almost with no Vcash with this upset.
