I thought that was an excellent and clinical display by Khan - you can only beat what is put in front of you. Earl is bloody easy to hit though. Stephen Hawkins would have landed a couple on him tonight.
Not just bums - but guys who have been SELECTIVELY PICKED because they do not hit hard. Most of the guys Khan fought have KO#s in the SINGLE DIGITS, and the rest don't have much more than that. There's a REASON for this, folks - one that EVERYBODY'S gonna find out about when he fights anybody who can punch. :nod
Khan has some very good offensive skills, and the speed to back them up. His defense, however, is very iffy, his chin even moreso. There's still a question mark hanging over his head, but he did well tonight.
forget these domestic oponents, khan should go straight for the baby bull, what a humbling experience that will be :yep
Good win considering Earl had Katisidis in trouble in his last fight. No one expected 1st minute 1st round knockout!
Competition's been lacking but he delivered on the KO and Graham is a name. I picked round 10 but still got the KO.
Kind of sad/funny at the same time seeing Earl at the end saying the fight shouldn't have been stopped while slurring his words a bit. Can see why his corner quit on him. But yeah, Khan looks great. Time will tell about his chin, but that's the same with anyone.
Let me get this right. The talk before the fight was that Earl would be the man to put Khan on his arse, to really test that shakey chin and give him his first defeat He wins in round 1, and gets virtually no credit ****ing ****s
Isn't it obvious that Earl is ****ed in the head? The guy is ill. I knew it as soon as he opened his mouth tonight -- there is something wrong. Shot isn't even the word, the guy is blown to bits. This is why I am not impressed with Khan's performance. Even I could have battered Earl today.
His management knows better than that. Diaz doesn't hit hard, but even he would lay Khan out cold. That's some serious grade A china just waitin' to be exposed! :nod
