Surprised he didn't stop the fight, yet this fraud stated in his post fight interview that he intentionally kept letting Vargas off the hook to take him 12 rounds. My goodness I can't wait until Brook finally gets his hands on this dishonest piece of excrement and permanently buries him.
It made me laugh when Joe Goossen said the same thing in the post fight presser, has he forgotten the Corrales-Castillo war?
Brook is getting FAT and rusty as time goes on. He also has a broken face so his sparring is limited (I live near the gym so I know what sparring is like down there) and the way he carries on out-side of the ring isn't productive to his career. Don't also forget the type of opposition Brook has been fighting since beating Porter Yo-Yo Dan Kevin Bizier Frankie Gavin Rabchenko The TWO times he did step up, his face got caved in. This fight is not as easy as people think.
Khan just went to hell and back with a prison break extra and you really think he'll give brook a tough time(injured eye or no eye)? If Khan fought Spence or GGG he wouldn't be breathing today.
I said this time ago but Porter is better than Khan's resume. It's only a tough fight for Brook at 147 as the fight could go late and I think brook struggles the longer the fight goes on. Whenever Brook touches Khan though its potentially a Knock out. Brook was sparring BJS before Rabchenko so I'm sure he gets the work in.
Porter is just ONE name though. Khan's career is way more impressive - despite the devastating KOs and his glass chin. Both are now just in it for a pay day. The reason why Khan wants Pac first is because (a) it's a massive pay day and (b) even if he loses to Pac, especially if Pac is roided like he was against Matthyese, he can still get a Brook fight for big money. It's win win for him. However, reverse that order and the downside is the loss of upto $10,000,000 for Khan.
Khan's opposition is better but the last win which was better than Porter was who? Maidana. That's a long ass time ago.
