Zetsui, glad you mentioned the Viva Mexico. Are Golden Boy angling for an eventual return with Garcia in California with Khan the home {Mexican} fighter against a Puerto Rican?BTW glad to hear Amir at least mention a return, though Im not sure of the outcome.Regarding Molina,IMO at least a match for Kell Brooks last 2 opponents.

Hunter admits it's too late to completely revamp Khan so don't expect dramatic improvements. And anything he does learn will only really be put to test when he faces adversity, so the jury is out.

Personally, I think the novelty factor of Virgil wears out pretty soon, he gets frustrated again at his punches not having more effect, and he ends up flat on his arse again by trying to do too much.

He 'rebuilt himself after the Prescott fight and ended up ko'd and the same will happen with hunter it's not the trainer it's the ****** he's training once he moves up to top level again he will lose

Meh, beat an average, non punching smaller guy. Hopefully a proper test to come next time out.

Hard to judge really, I feel he fought less and jabbed more. He is still guilty of the 'straight in straight out' style this is his big problem his predictability. He was also getting out of there with hands low at times and he got clipped. If that was Garcia he would've been KO'd again for me he did improve in the sense hde attacked less but he still made glaring mistakes.

    +1.

I expect the fawning over him to start again now, but when he steps up his opposition the same old flaws will come to light. :deal

Thought Khans defence was pretty slack. Everytime he throws a right his left drops then as the fight progresses his hands get lower and lower. This might not be as much of an issue if it were another fighter but with Khan it only takes one decent shot to put him on wobbly legs for the next few rounds. Molina hardly threw anything and when they did exchange together he was landing with quite a few. I reckon Amir would do better if he didnt try to throw these quick but untidy flurries, he should throw more controlled combo's with a bit more venom but less speed maybe coz his superquick flurries seem too untidy and dont look very powerfull either.

Not seen his hands but I did notice he did his own wraps so maybe he needs an expert to do that for him.

No. Why would I? Plenty of good exciting fights to come, he'll win some and lose some like most upper level guys.

No one will be in a rush to fight Matthyse.

Why doesn't Khan fight him? That would be brutal.

Absolutely not, just because your not elite level doesn't mean you should retire. If that was the case boxing would be a lonely sport. Khan can mix it at a high level but it would appear he has habitual flaws that he cant shake off.
