Just read a blog on here stating that Khan took the easier route by choosing to fight Alexander over Guerrero...now, I believe Khan will defeat both of them and its not even that Guerrero posts more of a thread..i think both have their own style but imo Alexander poses more of a threat to khan.. now, all of a sudden Guerrero defeated a washed up/after ped berto and he can be a threat to khan?? he has not even fought a good fight other than the berto one at WW...we can argue about alexander too but he has been at ww longer. i agree with a comment that the blogger made that Guerrero is ranked under WBC #8 (and idfk how the hell Khan is ranked #1 by wbc, :spyits a big mafia scheme) and Alexnader is not ranked under the major sactioning ABC belts, but fighting neither of these guys will guaruntee a fight with mayweather... the best move to make for a spot is to try and defeat Thurman for his interim WBA to get a shot at mayweather...We all know he will not take that risk, but i believe thats the greatest high risk/high reward for Khan, and also for thurman so he can hav someone on his resume.. Just disagree that Guerrero poses more of a threat than alexander.
Some people just love to bash Khan, kind of sad and immature to constantly bash any boxer really. IMO Guerrero and Alexander are similar in terms of how much threat they pose and how good an opponent they are. Alexander is probably more similar to Floyd than Guerrero is so it makes more sense to fight him out of those two.
Alexander is much more complicated and difficult to face than Guerrero. Guerrero was lucky to face a cheap Mayweather copy cat in Andre Berto that night. The bad execution of the shoulder roll cost the fight to Berto and when he realized that this technique was bad for him, it was already too late since his eyes was badly swollen. It's the only reason why Guerrero had a big pay day against Mayweather that saw everything he needed to cherrypick him that night.
the only reason that would be is because Guerrero comes forward while alexander tends to move backward..the fight between guerrero would be action while the alexnader fight could play into a chess match.
Guerrero: I was never offered the fight Khan and his team: "He ducked it" I think we know who to trust.
haha. but this was just a comment towards one of the blogs made on here..he said Khan took alexander to avoid/duck guerrero...i just think alexander poses more of a threat.
