It's sh*t like this that makes this probably the last year I actively follow boxing. Wasted so much time being passionate about the sport but it continues to p*ss on it's fans.

Khan was interviewed on Sky Sports and said he wouldn't fight Brook as he had given his word to fight someone else - that being Algieri. If he'd signed a contract he would have said he'd signed a contract. So no, no dumb posters here. It's just a duck job by Khan.

Lol. What a dumb move. What does he have to gain by fighting Pacquiao's leftovers, and someone who isn't even highly regarded at welterweight in the first place? Lots of other options out there but he chose Algieri. SMH.

Lots of other viable options at welterweight: Bradley, Brook, Thurman, Broner etc. Hell even old man Marquez is a more viable option than Algieri. :patsch

Khan is quickly becoming the biggest ducker in the sport. He wants to take zero risks. I would love it if Bradley and Kell Brook got a shot at Pac and Mayweather next. Would just highlight how Khan has become irrelevant through his own choices.

Khan is not confident enough to face fighters who can punch. He is a protected fighter and will continue to be protected until they cash out with a massive payday.

This is why I'm a fan of guys like Kovalev and Matthysse guys that aren't afraid to fight the best

i hear Algieri will have a decent trainer this time and he got extensive schooling by Pac. he could mimic gary russell and become a serious contender now. Bradley is on the way down. so, i like the fight. true, khan is probably thinking this is the easier road. hope he does another chicken dance.

I'd love Bradley to bump into Khan now and be like " Who was it who you said had no *****? You have no ***** bro!"
