Khan v Broner = Glass versus Glass - Who vins and vhy?

If he can't knock him out, which is a definite possibility, Broner will lose to Khan on work rate & superior flashy hand-speed (in spite of Khan's grossly inferior accuracy - unfortunately, most pro judges are stupid...)

It makes an interesting match-up, actually. Especially since I have no rooting interest and would be happy to see either lose again, in violent glass-shattering fashion all the better.

 

I think the Khan of the 3 years ago could probably beat Broner, but now? He barely got by ****in WHOlio Diaz. I'd take Broner.

 

I don't think Broner is glass, and I think Khan wins by decision.

 

I think Broner throws punches that fighters can't see, and he'll connect on Khan with one of them in an exchange.
After he gets knocked out, Khan will blame Mayweather for being afraid to fight him, so sent his dog to attack him instead.

 

Professor Chins I would go with Broner simply because Khan has no power to really hurt the Glass Jawed Broner.

Broner I think could eventually stop Khan. :deal

 

It would appear Glass Jaw'd Khan has a stronger chin than Glass Jaw'd Broner.

Khan never went down against a younger, fresher Maidana despite taking the beating of his life.

 

That Maidana weighed in eight pounds less than when he beat up Broner, and was cruder with a lot more heavy arm punches rather than power shots...

I agree 100%. This would be a great co-feature on the Mayweather-Maidana card (I know it isn't going to happen) and the fact there is a good chance for one to have his Glass Jaw shattered only makes it even better.

 

Khan is the lesser of two evils. Doubt Broner could knock him out anyway...

This makes for a very interesting match up.

If Khan boxes like the old Khan (pre-glass) i see him winning an easy decision. Where as if he comes out to brawl (stupid idea) i see the fight getting very interesting. Then again Broner with the apparent power, couldn't trouble let alone knock Malignaggi down once? Also Broner doesn't have a glass chin IMO. Not the greatest chin, but definitely not the worst. I have Khan behind Broner in the glazier department.

Will be a good fight regardless!

 

there would be no probably about it. Khan 3 years ago would destroy with ease any version of Broner.

if Khan puts on the performance he did against even Molina, he'd beat Broner down hard. but if he sticks to that horrible style that Hunter has him fighting with, it could go either way.

it's an interesting fight.
