I know it's hype but wish they'd give over acting like this fight will have a big impact on the heavyweight division. Parker and Chisora were supposed to fight on the Taylor v Prograis undercard 2 years ago, neither have done anything since (Chisora has lost twice) and nobody wanted the rematch.

Not sure fights that sell out instantly is much to do with TV networks. You could have AJ v Usuyk 2 with no promotion on TV prior to tickets going on sale and it would sell out no problem as the buzz is huge as soon as the fight is announced and all over social media.

Sky's work is more pivotal when it comes to ppv buys. You can't beat what a ppv card gets from sky when it comes to promotion.

Any figure DAZN ppv sky would earn some nice ad revenue from DAZN as sky sports is where DAZN would need to advertise.

Of course, Sky Sports has a huge influence, but Khan vs Brook is a giant of a fight that sells itself.

agree it doesn’t mean a lot. Just I think if it was on DAZN it wouldn’t have got the hype it has done so far

£1020 is overpriced. By precisely £1020.

I wouldn't pay anything to watch this shot to smithereens duo fumble about the ring.

OK maybe 50p if I've nothing better on.

A man that knows his boxing - only a friend of both fighters or a Mug spends money watching this.

This feels closer to an exhibition or a Youtubers debacle rather than a relevant pro boxing match, I'll be barely following it let alone paying £25 to watch it. However, if they make a bundle each on it, and if enough people wanna pay to see it, then fair play to them. I don't begrudge them a retirement pay check.

If DAZN had the fight most people wouldn’t even know it was on.

Where did you hear the fight was taking place? On sky sports I would imagine.

Of course, it was on Sky Sports News that I heard it first, but I want to maintain that the actual fight between Khan and Brook is so big that it would be sold out quickly no matter who arranges and shows it.

    Are you on drugs?

I’ll watch the fight because I like Kell Brook and because of the fact I’ve never in my life seen someone’s confidence GROW after being knocked spark out the way Khan’s does. It really is something impressive.

But let’s not pretend it’s a huge fight.

No. I am completely clean and have never smoked, drinking any kind of alcohol or taken drugs in my life. As one person wrote in a previous thread: Khan vs Brook is the second biggest fight that can be made right now in the U.K. after Fury vs AJ, and I totally agree. Sources at Sky have told me that the pre-interest in this fight is on size of AJ's fights. Khan vs Brook will do very well PPV numbers on Sky Box Office.
