Come on man, Cotto struggled with a half crippled Yuri Foreman, beat an already finished Mayorga and won 2 rounds off Floyd...not comparable with his efforts at 140/147

It would be an entertaining fight as neither fighter is ever in a boring fight

Khan isn't carrying the same power that many thought he would. It's not having the same effect for the most part at 140,whilst Cotto's chin is much much sturdier since leaving 140(Margarito aside)
Khan's best chance would have been when Cotto was at 140 and was regularly getting hurt because of the weight drain.
Even then,it's a chance at best.I just can't see him hurting any version of Cotto above 140.

    agreed.

    that was 'damaged cotto'

he even admitted it himself, post margarito cotto was actually a a shell of himself.

since his joined up with diaz he has looked a completely different beast.

most fighters are lucky to win 2 rounds of floyd, floyds an amazing gifted athlete far superior to anything we've had since srl.

he made it competitive which is more that you can say about the mosley, ortiz, jmm fights.

Yet Chisora isn't? Has Chisora won a world championship yet?

Khan speed and style would give him fits yet peterson was able to beat the **** out of khans body and force him back on the ropes. If peterson can get khan on the ropes what do you think cotto would do?

Mayweather couldn't make cotto look stupid yet Khan will?

How come Khan couldn't make Maidana, Peterson and that **** irish fella he fought look stupid?

This right here......Khan would do well early on but by the 4th round there would be a noticeable change in the fight where Cotto starts to take over and wins by 8th round stoppage, in-fact the fight may look similar to Cotto's fight against Quintana.
