Its strange to see both Khan and Warren getting credit for this match up! I give Khan full credit for taking the fight tho dont think his heart has ever been questioned, just his chin! My problem is Warren. Does he must really think that MAB is past his best and the size difference will tell. Or with the signing of Gavin, Degale and Billy Jo is he no longer reling on his golden ticket and he is taking a risk, potentially ruining what could still be a quality fighter with a bit more guidance from Roach.
you can't have it both ways - blaming warren for shepherding his fighters and then lambasting him for putting them in dangerous fights. This is Kahn's 20th fight or something. He needs to prove that he won't lose every time someone live is put in front of him.
I favour Barrera here. Khan's chin has looked worryingly suspect in a good 5 or 6 of his fights... many of these against opponents who aren't even contenders on a British level. If Barrera can operate on the same level as he did last year I don't think a stoppage win would be a surprise at all. Interesting to see how much Roach can improve Khan though, and if anything can be done about his punch resistance (i.e. the ridiculous 3/4% bodyfat or whatever he's historically been coming into the ring at).
something with this match-up dosen't smell's good. i think Barrera will loose this fight on purpose, and he will get a lot of money(not oficially), and Khans' ass will be so much hyped, and people will beggin to forgive that he lost to Prescot, and a title fight will come for him.
Sorry dude but if you think a mexican warrior like marco antonio barrera will lose a fight like this on purpose then you do not understand fighters like marco antonio barrera.
