Khan,Madana et al only really interested in a match with Floyd and they all know they only prob have 2 to 3 fights left to get the biggest pay days that will be available for the forseeable future cos the tube well is going to dry up.TBE not tube!
But Khan hung on for dear life at times; he won the boxing match, but got beat up doing so. That said, Amir showed heart and the win looks better now. I'd love to see a rematch, that's for sure.
Would be a good fight, in wich I don't expect Khan being able to survive till the end like the 1st one. And if he does anyway he probably won't win a decision this time.
I think people may be suprised with Khan ,, Going up in weight has been beneficial to him , and i reckon you will be suprised how he weathers the shots a lot better at the higher weight , not too mention starting to hit harder , , Khan is still 4-5 years from his peak
Trumpy, can't agree. I think Amir is getting a bit shop soiled had some hard fights and taken a lot of punishment. But that doesn't mean he hasn't got three or four good performances in him,and I think he has the hand speed to trouble Mayweather. He is always going to have dodgy whiskers, and be one punch away from disaster, but as fair minded fans and Sat showed he has the speed skills and guts to protect his chin to win some top level fights and earn big money.
Does beating Maidana mean anything? Anyway, Khan vs Maidana 2 is a great matchup but I doubt it happens.
maidana is 1-3 in world title fights, 2 of those losses were to average champions in Khan and Kotelnik. People overrate maidana it's strange, I think hes very average and one dimensional and last weeks performance doesn't change that. mayweather had an off night and Maidanas akward style suprisingly gave him a few issues yet he still won 8 out of 12 rounds I don't rate Khan neither I think he feeds off past it shot fighters. however I think Khan would beat Maidana again similar to the first fight, doubt the fight would happen though
