    What's your outcome?

I'm a big fan of Khan and think he could maybe out box Matthysse for 4 rounds but cant see him getting past round 6.

Brutal KO in favor of Lucas.

Already a thread been done on this

consensus being that Lucas would stop Khan. Matthysse has a good left hook and thats khans kryptonite. If khan could outbox for Matthysse like he did Maidana he might have a chance of a UD but Mattyssse is a better more rounded fighter than Marcus and arguably hits harder

    Matthysse wins big and early.

    Perhaps inside the first round.

Khan would get caught sooner or later an Lucas hits really hard so when he catches khan its game over Lucas is a boxer puncher type fighter an he will set khan up an finish him with a big shot in my opinion am not sure khan gets past Alexander going off his last fight he doesn't but this is his best chance of a title an a shot at Floyd

Depends on which Khan shows up. Matthysse is one of the hardest punchers in boxing. Matthysse could knock anyone out, so really Khan would have to be really focused and get on his horse and attempt to win a decision. If he gets too aggressive could be Danny Garcia all over again. Then again he could pull a rabbit out of a hat like he did against Maidana and Peterson. Hard to predict, that's why we have fights. I'm not sure if this is the best fight for Khan at the moment. I believe he has a much greater chance of getting KO'd by Matthysse then he does with other fighters. Then again, Zab Judah somehow danced his way to a decision win over Matthysse, and Khan knocked Judah out with a body shot.

The only 2 options people will even consider are KO for Matthysse or UD for Khan.

Would probably give me a panic attack, I barely made it through the Maidana fight.

Ones initial thought is 'poor Amir, don't do it', I agree with the consensus that Matthysse would at some point connect with some power shots and send young Khan to la la land.

However, sometimes people forget just how good Khan can be if and when he remains disciplined. If he could come in and out from range, boxing cautiously off of the lightning jab that he undoubtably possesses, he's capable of getting the decision. Perhaps his wench can get him to stay away from brawling? Perhaps now isn't the time for this fight though, a couple more wins before this match up should be considered.

Khan's head would get severed. It would land in Siberia, people would think a comet was approaching land

But Julio Diaz saw and hit Khans temple, why would not Matthysse be able to replicate that and send his unconscious body flat out on the canvas?

You can see khan an you can hit khan especially with the left hook an people underrate lucas's boxing skill because of his punching power he is a boxer puncher not a brawler he will catch khan an he will put khan to sleep.

I think the time where he KD Khan was actually the least of Khans wobbles in that fight. I think that was partly a balance issue. He seemed in much more trouble later when he actually managed to stay on his feet.

Having rewatched the Garcia and Diaz fights I do actually think I see improvements in his defense where initially I didn't. Hopefully the Alexander fight will see further advancements.
