McCloskey landed 1 shot, Khan won 6 rounds.

Crap performance from Amir but Dudey displayed nothing but awkwardness. Wasn't really an event to savour.

Hopefully Khan goes on for the big unification fights and Dudey gets another opportunity to fight for a title.

 

The part of this fight I was most looking forward to was when either the Irish fans or the Khan fan(s) would shut the **** up about how great both of them were and how they'd win. Now there's gonna be a good 6 months of **** about that cut and how "Dudey" was about to win the fight.

Khan is such a mechanical one dimensional twat of a boxer. I just absolutely abhorr his shitty amateurish style.

To think Carl Froch has had to live in the shadow of this gimp over the last few years.

 

I'm sure McCloskey wanted to throw punches but when you're that flat footed and the other guy is windmilling there ain't a lot you can do. He's not very fluid, he defends himself and then has to think about attacking because his feet stay in one place. It's a shame he's so shite on his feet because his upper body movement is quite advanced.

 

Pauls corner saying Khan was tired and that was part of the gameplan blah blah was just sour grapes, who the **** plans to lose the first six rounds, throwing about three punches in the process

Khan was ordinary dont get me wrong but Mccloskey didnt do anything in there tonight, it hardley merits a rematch.

Funny how 7 days shows a fighters worth and limatations.

A week ago most sat around talking of new found respect for Khan after Maidana and how he's improved so much.

Now a week on after a woeful display from Maidana and Khan being made to look poor against McCloskey now people see what many of us have said before...he's simply not that good.

He reminded me of Calzaghe at times, he did the same - lifting his feet when he punches. It's bizarre and ugly as **** for a supposedly world class fighter.
