Khan v Mitchell: Let the war of words commence!

I very much doubt that , Warren is not stupid , he's many other things but he aint stupid , he must know Kevin enters this fight a huge underdog , he came out and publicly lambasted Khan for even talking of fighting Manny and suggested that Kell Brook would clean him out live on TV , you have to bear in mind Mitchell has always been 1 weight division away from Khan , he's had to watch Khan get the public accolades , filling out arena's , all the publicity , while he's been knocking people over in local Sports hall's all his life , added to that he clearly fancies his chances against Khan , as soon as he beat Prescott he was singing Khans name from the roof tops !!!!

In summary i think Mitchell likes his chances against Khan even @140 and its definatley all him pushing the media bandwagon to try and secure this fight not Warren ..............

I remember a few years back they always used to bring this up and both fighters then always used to side-wind the question, i remember once Kevin saying Khan's too big for him so and so.

But you could be right, Kevin always been under Khan's shadow when he was with Warren so maybe he really does want to fight him and prove he is better.

 

HTF !!!!! can Munroe & Rhodes be mentioned P4P in the same breath as Khan , i think what happens on this forum is people lose sight of ability and favour experience and acheivements before actual current modern day ability !!!!

Hatton above Khan P4P is nothing short of ****in ridiculous , at this moment in time , its ****in laughable , Haye is realistically the only one pushing Khan for GB's P4P #1 spot , and Haye is not clearly the well rounded fighter Khan is , nore is Froch ........

Both Froch and Haye are more proven than Khan.

Khan beat Kotelnik, which was a decent win, then a 70 second blowout against the worst man ever to challenge for a world title - hell, he'd be one of the weakest British champions of all time if he were eligible and won it.

ya saying everyone hates khan cause of his colour yet i aint a fan like a said but not because of his colour nazeem was one of ma best fighters so that puts that one to bed....ya have a shout by saying its his manager but they have to sit down with amir and ask him what he thinks off the opponents they have found he should then say no its robbing the british public fighting people like that get someone in ma weight division to fight the fact is amir never did that i no that for a fact...and the salita fight where they got him from a dont no as a mandotory fighter and then khan comes on tv saying hes a tough opponent whos he kidding....he has talent but goes using it the wrong way fighting people he can beat....after his career people will remember amir khan as the boxer who dodged top fighters if he was interested in fighting the best he could imo
