Khan v ortiz..

I definetly have Ortiz out front. But Khan's speed makes up so his lack of POWER punch.

I'd much rather he have his speed than Ortiz's power.

 

I think he out-pointed him.

 

Or made him quit on his stool. Something like that.

 

No it was stopped based on Khan landing too many shots. The fight was stopped.

 

Ive heard barely anyone state that Khan has huge concusive power, although looking below your name i can see you dislike Khan anyway.:smoke

I think Ortiz hits harder and utilizes a style which allows him to plant his feet more to get the shots off that he needs, Khan has obviously adopted a style which allows him to hit and move and utilize the jab to good effect, although Ortiz hits harder i would say Khan's speed more than makes up for a supposed lack of pop and could prove more devastating when he plants his feet more. Be under no illusions Khan hits hard enough to put Maidana away as he still has respectable power and will land on Maidana at will. Ortiz has more than enough ammunition to put Maidana away and i consider him pretty damn heavy handed, i would favour him in a rematch with Maidana definately

 

Khan is a better more technical puncher than Ortiz , what i mean is , technically he is superior to Ortiz , therefore for me Khan would get the nod , i dont see either of them as an out an out puncher but for Khan is a better and bigger puncher than Ortiz .

Incidentally , i think Khan would blitz Ortiz if they fought ..................
